I really regret coming here for eyebrow threading. During my appointment, the woman threading my eyebrows was talking while she worked including while the threading thread was in her mouth. I found this extremely uncomfortable, and at one point she ended up hurting my eye while threading because of her carelessness. What made the experience worse was the tipping situation. The threading service was $7, and she directly asked me for a $3 tip , more than 40% of the service price (despite the bad experience I had just had) They say they close at 7.30pm but she was rushing me at 7pm I’ve also noticed that when it’s time to pay, instead of simply letting customers enter whatever tip they choose themselves, she tends to stand there and ask you to tell her the tip amount. I left really regretting my visit. I wish there were more eyebrow-threading options in the area, because I would not choose to return after this experience.

Baljit usually does my brows when I come in. She is both kind and attentive even when she asks if I want my mustache done 🤣🤣🤣😭. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Baljit is wonderful! Explained every service to me and was attentive through the process. I feel relaxed and cared for. I received eyebrow threading, deep cleansing facial and removal of nose hairs ( something I had never done before)! I appreciate the special treatment she gave me while still being attentive and professional with other customers as she was me! Great service!!!! You must go here!

Sonia is absolutely the best! She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. When my brows were really messed up, she took the time to help clean them up and shape them beautifully. She is so kind, patient, and truly talented at what she does. I honestly wish she was there more often because she is the only person I want to go to. She always makes me feel comfortable and cared for, and my eyebrows have never looked better. I highly recommend going on a Wednesday or Sunday when Sonia is there — she is worth it! I really wish this location had her there more days because she is amazing and such an asset to the team.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have tried a few different people, but Sonia is by far the best. She’s super consistent and always gets my brows exactly right, which I really appreciate. Everyone else is okay, but it’s just not the same, Sonia really stands out. I honestly wish she was at the Manhattan location more often because I would book every time with her!
